At Silvora, we are dedicated to delivering refined quality and a seamless luxury experience. Please review the following policy carefully before initiating any return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, provided that the item is:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags attached

All returns are subject to a 120 EGP handling fee.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only in the case of manufacturing defects.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, items returned outside these conditions will not be accepted.

Warranty

All Silvora products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized pieces
  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

These exclusions are strictly enforced for hygiene and quality control purposes.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly assess and resolve the issue.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider.
